One Bedroom Guest Unit with Sofa (Rear Patio) (#18 - 19)  Air-conditioned guest room equipped with two double beds, sofa bed, television, clock radio, Wi-Fi internet, full bath/shower, separate full kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, mid-size fridge and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, and patio that leads to pool garden. (Adjacent to guest rooms 1 – 5)

Standard Guest Unit (#6)  Air-conditioned guest room equipped with one queen bed, sofa bed, television, clock radio, Wi-Fi internet, full bath/shower, kitchenette with table and chairs, microwave, mini fridge, two burner hot-plate, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, and patio that leads to playground.

Three Bedroom Cottage  An air-conditioned stand-alone cottage equipped with two bedrooms with one queen bed in each, and a third bedroom with one double bed, living area with sofa bed, television, DVD player, clock radio, Wi-Fi internet, full bath/shower, full kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, and propane BBQ.
