We reserve the right to limit the number of people occupying a unit. The number of
additional adults and children cannot exceed room maximums.

- Reservations are only confirmed with a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for guarantee or an
advance deposit (telephone reservation) equivalent to one-night room rental for single night
reservations or advance deposit for two-night room rental for extended, weekend, or holiday
stays. Payment can be made by money order or e-mail transfer processed at least 30 days prior
to the arrival date.
- If the credit card is due to expire prior to the arrival date, guest shall contact guest services to
update the expiry date to maintain the reservation confirmation.
- Guests are responsible for all rooms reserved under their name. Unused rooms not
cancelled outside of cancellation period are charged according to the cancellation policy.
- Room Rates: Based on single or double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Kids 12 and under
stay free.
- All reservations during peak season for weekends and Holidays, plus weekdays for 3-bedroom
Cottage require 2-night minimum stay.
- Select Holiday, Weekend & Special Events may require a minimum length stay,
minimum advance deposit, or full payment in advance for the entire stay up to 60 days
prior to the arrival date for select guest unit types.
- All Guest Units are designated as Non-Smoking.
- Check-in time: after 4:00 PM. Checkout time: before 11:00 AM.
- Prices do not include 15% Harmonized Sales Tax.
- All rates are in Canadian funds and subject to change without notice.
- Upon reservation completion, a booking confirmation will be sent immediately by e-mail.

- Reservation information entered is sent via a secure server.
- Special Requests: Although we will attempt to accommodate all special requests,
sometimes we cannot guarantee bed types, room locations, or specific room numbers.
- For guests travelling with infants, a small selection of playpens is available for a fee. To ensure availability please reserve in advance.
Smoking Policy (view more...)
We ask our smoking guests to observe and respect our Smoking Policy: All Guest Units are
designated as Non-Smoking. If a room is smoked in, there will be a $250 cleaning fee applied to
the registered guests credit card or advance deposit.
Furthermore, please refrain from smoking on any patios or balconies. We respectfully ask that
guests only smoke in areas away from all buildings, tree lines, and the pool area. Be mindful of
potential fire hazards within your immediate area.

We are pleased to offer a limited number of Pet Friendly units.
Trained and obedient pets are welcome, on leash around the property. There is a fee of $25 or
$30 per stay, depending on the unit type booked. The fee is for the extra cleaning that is
required.
Pet owners are to ensure other guests are safe and respected, and for pet cleanup.
Pets are not permitted inside the fenced pool area, the hot tub building, the playground, or the
tennis court area.

During peak season, Individual Guest Reservation Cancellations require notice 14 days prior to
the scheduled arrival date, and during the value season, 72-hour cancellation notice before 4
pm of the reserved arrival date, to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellation of Individual Guest Reservations prior to the cancellation deadline will not incur any
cancellation fees and obtain full refund, if applicable.
Cancellations within the respective periods above and no shows will incur cancellation charges
and are automatically applied against advance deposit or credit card. Guests will be subject to a
fee equal to one night rate for single night arrivals, or two-night minimum stay rate for extended
stays, holidays, and peak season weekends.
Early departures will be charged for the room nights stayed plus a cancellation fee equal
to the lesser of remaining reserved nights or 3-night minimum cancellation notice.
There are absolutely no refunds for early departure or no shows because of weather
related events or notice within the cancellation period.
For cancelled reservations that require the 14-day minimum notice and cancelled more
than 72 hours (3 Days) prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee can be deposited
toward a future stay up to one year. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date results
in a forfeiture of deposit and cancellation or no-show charges will apply.
Group Reservation Cancellation require notice up to 90 days prior to the arrival date to
avoid cancellation fees. An agreed cancellation period will be determined during the
booking and stated within the confirmation letter.

Check-in time: after 4:00 PM
Our front desk closes during the evenings. Times vary depending upon the season.
Kindly arrange for late arrivals in advance.
Early check-in request: Please call after 1:00pm on the day of your arrival to see if your
room is ready.
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid I.D. and credit card for pre-authorization of
the value of the entire stay plus incidentals during your stay (The actual charge will be
applied at check-out) or provide a cash deposit for the entire stay plus a refundable
damage deposit of $100. Pre-paid debit/credit cards are not accepted upon check-in
however, these cards are accepted for payment upon check-out.
Minimum check-in age is 19 years old.
Checkout time: before 11:00 AM
Late check-out (1:00pm @ 50% of daily room rate) is limited and must be prearranged.
To ensure a relaxed atmosphere and your protection, we limit the use of property
facilities to registered guests only.
Tennis is complimentary for in-house guests. Tennis equipment rentals are available.
Court time reservations are required.
To assist with a stress-free experience and to share the use of our indoor Hot Tub,
reservations for timed intervals are required at the front desk. Facilities may not be
available for reservations at times during value season.
We have not installed phones in guest units but we provide a third party pay-phone service booth on site. Complimentary wireless internet is available
throughout the property.
Cellular reception coverage is weak around the property, with varying signal
strength.
For your safety and security, on-call staff members are available after hours
for emergencies.
Quiet Time: 11pm to 9am daily. Please respect other guests.
There is one parking space per room.
All dishes, cutlery, pots and pans must be cleaned prior to departure. If not completed an
additional $20 fee will apply. Also, all place settings, remote controls, and room keys
need to be accounted for. If items are missing or broken, the replacement costs will be
charged.
Guests can request daily maid service. Towels are changed daily.
